Pafos?! My wife's (and according to mythology Aphrodite's) birthplace.
Shame that we couldn't meet up. Did you know that the Liverpol legends
were in North Cyprus doing a 4-day academy with U-14s and that they
played against TRNC masters? Alan Kennedy, Howard Gayle, Michael
Thomas, Mark wright all played in a 2-0 win in Girne/Kyrenia on
Friday. Couldn't go as I couldn't leave the office until evening time.
Do let me know if you come back next year and we'll defo arrange sth.
Haven't been beyond Nicosia since the borders opened in 2004 but I
might make an exception for you :) Enjoy your holiday. Don't drink too
much commandaria :)
