He's certainly as good as any of the alternatives and would remove a player from the ones that interested me out of the other squads.
Right now for me the ones I'd be after from the others would be:
City - Hart, Kompany, Clichy, Johnson, Silva and Aguero/Dzeko
Utd - Evra, Jones, Rooney and maybe Hernandez. Nani is too much of a *#*# to consider.
CFC - Luiz and Cole
AFC - Fabregas, Van Persie and maybe Nasri.
Obviously the list can mostly be summed up as a CD, LB and another attacking player.
