Fulfill the criteria above
Florida has entered into a Mutual Recognition agreement with 10 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. This means that if you are already licensed in one of these states, you do not need to fulfill the criteria above. Instead, as a licensed agent in a state with a mutual recognition agreement, you must pass a Florida-specific real estate law examination, correctly answering 30 out of 40 questions.
