Soccer

We are in need of volunteers to assist at the upcoming U11 - U14 tryouts to be held on August 21, 22 and 23 at Amend Park. This is a great way to get a jump start on your 2012 season volunteer hour requirement and it is fun!

On Sunday, we will need at least one notary and 16 other volunteers--two for each gender and age group. You will be matched to your player's age and gender group, i.e. U14 Boys. For Monday and Tuesday we only need one volunteer for the first half hour before each the session starts. On Sunday, you will be checking in players, verifying paperwork is complete, handing out jersey try-out numbers on Sunday and copying paperwork for evaluators. The tasks for Monday and Tuesday would be checking in anyone that was unable to attend on Sunday and making sure the evaluators have their paperwork.

We need the following:
Sunday, August 21

To arrive at 1:30:  (2 hours volunteer time for assistance
1 Notary
U11 Boys (2 Volunteers)
U11 Girls (2 Volunteers)
U12 Boys (2 Volunteers)
U12 Girls (2 Volunteer)
To arrive at 3:30: (2 hours volunteer time for assistance)
1 Notary
U13 Boys (2 Volunteers)
U14 Boys (2 Volunteers)
To arrive at 5:30: (2 hours volunteer time for assistance)
1 Notary
U13 Girls (2 Volunteers)
U14 Girls (2 Volunteers)

Monday, August 23:

To arrive at 5:30: (1 hour volunteer time for assistance)
U11 Boys (1 Volunteer)
U11 Girls (1 Volunteer)
U13 Boys (1 Volunteer)
U13 Girls (1 Volunteer)

Tuesday, August 24:

To arrive at 5:30: (1 hour volunteer time for assistance)
U12 Boys (1 Volunteer)
U12 Girls (1 Volunteer)
U14 Boys (1 Volunteer)
U14 Girls (1 Volunteer)
