Please. I'll judge this team on competitive fixtures. Results mean nothing in the preseason.
If you want to complain about the performance, that's fine. But arguing about the scoreline, something as arbitrary as "confidence" and team selection when you have no idea what Kenny was attempting to do is simply a waste of time.
The preseason has become about becoming fit, spending time together as a team and making tons of money for the club. Results have nothing to do with it.

When was the last time we had a shoddy preseason and a good season?
These line ups and performances cannot be good for the confidence of players like Carroll, Kuyt who stand a good chance of starting in the EPL, We really need to start turning things around perhaps by starting players that are either going to start or be on the bench for the Sunderland game and getting rid of some of the deadwood from Club.
Shoddy performance to say the least be it a C/B team or not.
