A Turkish sports channel claimed that Pellegrini said that he has been
contacted by Liverpool FC. So I did a search on google and found this:

Probably a load of BS but claiming such a thing without any sources is
one thing, and to quote the man himself is another thing. If this is
true, it would be similar to when Rafa found out about the leeches'
approach to Klinsmann. I was disgusted then but for some reason I just
hope it's true, even though I have to admit it is not ethical. Anyone
heard, read anything similar or contrary?
