the thing that gets/worries me is that, like the Gerrard saga(s)
previously, all it would take would be a simple statememt from Torres
via the club to say that it's not true and that he's not going anywhere.

at least with this one there's only a few days left so it can't drag on
for weeks, but that's plenty long enough for a media frenzy. come on,
Nando, you can do it...

...though i wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't got the weekend off and has
jetted off to Spain or somewhere leaving the rumour mill to churn away.
