The thing that has been missing badly for us for this season and last has been confidence, going right back to the pre-season last year.
The only way to build confidence is win and win as comprehensively as you can.
We sent Aqualani to Juventus so he would play and keep his value. I'd suggest that the way to retain Babel's value, is not play him at all in fact come up with a story that we badly need his speed and sublime skills but at the moment is injured and expected to be fully fit on January 1st.
