Just a reminder on a few registration issues:
1) Be sure that you download the 2012 Spring Contract. Page 4 needs to be signed by a parent and the player and returned with the original 2011-2012 Magic Competitive Traveling Player Registration/Medical Release (which is signed and notarized.)
2) When you are completing the Registration/Medical Release through GotSport, there is a place where you are asked to list Allergies and Other Medical Conditions. If there are none that need to be listed, please mark 'NONE' in both boxes.
