Very composed on the ball, good defensively. Would look a lot better in a better side too. Not going to get him for your price though :)

For me he was an ideal choice for our weak LB position, but now with Johnson, Robinson and even Flanagan the urgency has gone away a bit and maybe we should spend the serious cash elsewhere. CB and a quicker smarter wide player and maybe a creative player.

Watching Man City and the ridiculously bad Balotelli, it's a real pity we couldn't have got Silva.
