I would think Barton would be a disaster, not because of his personality (Ronaldo is more of a creep if you ask me), but he is just an average player at best.

If the purchases during the summer are limited to the ilk of the Youngs, Downings and Bartons of the world, then it begs the question - What the heck is Comolli supposed to be doing?

It's hardly international man of football connection stuff is it?
