There's an interesting exchange on The Echo forum which shows the two ends of
the spectrum amongst the fan-base across the park.
A ludicrous "bitter" response to last night followed by one of the sensible
Bluenoses (they do exist believe me!)

I blame the R/S for last night. That european ban in 1985 really hit us hard. We
would have won the European cup the following year without any doubt (Even
though we couldn't win the domestic league or cup that year)
Anyway, we can still cheer Utd onto number 19 - that will really wind the R/S up
and then we can forget our problems !!
