Torres signed to play as part of a team. Members of that team will know that
they are not as talented as Torres yet they bust a gut every week for the
team, for the shirt and to do the donkey work that puts Torres in a position
to score (players like Dirk for exampe). Torres constant whinging about them
not being good enough is hardly likely to foster team spirit even if it is
true.
As for the occasional piss up...well I'd give him leeway last Xmas on account
of him being a new dad. But in any work place, it's good to show willing when
there's an occasional party and I'm sure most of us have endured the odd
company "do" when we'd rather have been elsewhere
