Kids aren't interested in delivering the Echo these days. I enquired about a
delivery when we moved back to Merseyside and was told I might get one
delivered next morning if I was lucky.

The Echo isn't what it was. There's only one edition which is printed early in
the day (in Manchester!), it's full of ads and most of the articles are
available online anyway. The old pink Echo finished years ago and there's now
an insert in the Saturday night edition, if you can be bothered going out to
buy it.
