Early for what? So that the poor kid would get lumps kicked out of him
by the thuggish players. Ok, so sooner or later he will have to learn
the ropes of the tough PL environment. Did you notice how much
movement there was around him and in particular on the flanks?You need
players making those runs so that your maestro(s) in CM can spray the
passes about. That's a bit more like how we should be playing under
Roy.
