The German League has a fairly long winter break. Has anyone not noticed that the
leagues with breaks usually start up with friendlies again to get up to speed....and I
don't mean one....why bother. If this freeze up wasn't here, no one would say anything
and how often is it a major issue?

Oh, I forgot climate change......bring it on!!! :) That said, one thing that is
great about Canada is the different seasons. I'm just hoping climate change drops
winter to December and January and extends summer into April and October. :)
