Have to agree with Sol on this one. I agree that it would be better if
both would just shut up but it's not as if rafa spoke out of the blue.
Both Roy and his chums in the media have been saying/implying that he
has inherited a poor squad and taking a swipe at rafa so it was only
natural for him to defend himself. Of course the papers must be loving
it as it's good stuff for them to sell a few more papers or get a few
more hits. One thing that strikes me though, is how rafa says each
interview is worse than the last one. Obviously he has been following
what has been going on and I wouldn't be surprised if he still had
insider info.

> Sol: I think there is more to this that us fans are aware of. For example the Kenny scenario. As someone said some way back, Rafa should save this for when Paco LLoret write the autobiography. But then when you have someone constantly bitching and criticising you for a club you left six months ago, you have every right to defend yourself and hitback. The fact that Inter are in the UK, you just know the media were rubbing their hands before the press conference.

Rafa has to accept just like we the fans have to that he is no longer manager of Liverpool football club and this constant bitching is pointless and in my view this part of his character is one of the major factors in him leaving in the summer.

The fault for that lies with Rafa as when the questions come up he should just refuse to answer - he has plenty of experience of that in his time here. Remember the "I am the coach...." press conference?
