To be fair, I think it's a decent result. This is not the Bolton of a few years
back. They have moved on from fat Sam, have a decent manager now , play some
reasonable football and have a good home record of late.

The thing that grieves me so much about the Konchesky deal is that we gave up a
couple of decent prospects in the deal in addition to acquiring a poor player.

However, again to be fair to Roy, Meireles looks okay after only a few games in
the Prem.

I'd still prefer Guus though!
