I think we have been through this loads of times, if Rafa had focused on the team "coaching" he would still be the manager now. It's ironic now he is talking about coaching and he doesn't sign the players when he got more control at Liverpool for poorer results. I have never been happy with him prioritizing the champions league over mounting a league challenge and if you think mounting 1 league challenge in 6 years is good enough then so be it. I was never in favor of Roy and all you have to do is look at what Hiddink and Ancelotti did for Chelsea with an aging squad and no new signing to show what some positive focus and coaching can do.

We need a new man who can come in and focus on having a consistent league challenge and play some decent football. End of story.
