Whilst I may agree with what Rafa says I wish he like Roy would both shut the feck up. Rafa has to accept just like we the fans have to that he is no longer manager of Liverpool football club and this constant bitching is pointless and in my view this part of his character is one of the major factors in him leaving in the summer.
He played a major part in alerting the fans to the virus that was G & H and for that we should be eternally grateful but for him then to take on all comers both within the club and outside meant his focus shifted from what it should have been on - the team.
I cant think of another manager that has to keep talking about his previous club in press conferences for a competition that we arent even in. The fault for that lies with Rafa as when the questions come up he should just refuse to answer - he has plenty of experience of that in his time here. Remember the "I am the coach...." press conference?
For the record I also have a major problem with Roy and his constant belittling of the squad and I dont see how he can expect to get positive performance from the players.
The sooner he and his small team mentality are gone the better we will be but Rafa's interfering is not going to affect things one way or the other.
