You could be right, but we did have a lot of pressure. It's not just him being more likely to score, but also the attention they give him makes space for others. Either way, he needs to be fit and firing for us to get playing better.

I sincerely doubt that relegation is a possibilty, but 7th to 10th really is.

The shame is that recognized weak spots in the side, with Masch leaving were back up striker, left back and CM. Nothing was done about back up striker and while Ngog isn't awful he's hardly dynamic. Konchesky for me is no better than Insua, nay not even as good and certainly no better than Agger or Kelly or Jamie [back pass] Carragher. Poulson....there's a reason Juventus let him go and to add insult to injury we lend them Aqualani. So cash out and a way worse player....brilliant!!! Oddly, we could have taken the Poulson and Konchesky money and signed Gary Medel who would have been superb signing for us.
