The beautiful game has been tarnished for years - if it ever really was
squeaky clean, which I sincerely doubt.

We tend to be a bit too nostalgic when looking back. Money has always had a
behind the scenes impact on the game; just not to the same extent or so
publicly.

I truly hope not as it will only end up with the rich getting richer
and the poor staying poor. In short, it will ruin the beautiful game.
