Trophies don't just come out of thin air, mate. A winning side has to be built
by a winning mind. Your flippant demands are an insult to what Shankly, Paisley
and "Dalgleish" achieved

U r twisting what i am saying to suit your post.

will say though 'u must are being very modest in saying "a few
missteps"...Alonso ..misstep or big screw up, openly attacking another manager
be it "head scum" [my own disslike of SCUM as a whole] or not to mention a
couple

Rafa was on the cusp. What do you think is above 2nd? We spent half that season
in first and would have finished the job if it wasn't for G&H, a few untimely
injuries and, sure, a few missteps.

Now we're 12th with 22 points from 18 games, the lowest total going into the new
year since the 1953-54 season, which ended in relegation. Which shows the heroic
job a certain Spanish manager was doing in the face of major obstacles.

In terms of nationalities it probably is the same in reverse for many... being a
hand bagball nation, Apologies for the misspelling of SCOUSER but not for my
wanting Liverpool back where they were in the time of Shankly, Paisley and
Dalgleish, "nothing less will ever be acceptable" 4th, 3rd, 2nd..not for me, in
the long run Winning Trophies is what i want to see.

Nobody called Rafa great. Your constant derogatory references on the other
hand are out of order

You understand very little about Liverpool or the football club.

Oh...and it's Scouser not Scowser.

As for "nearly" - I don't know what planet you live on but in the real world
Liverpool are financially the poor relation to Chelsea, United, Arsenal and
Citeh - possibly also now Spurs. The fact that we nearly got there - for the
most part without our two best players, and played with such style was an
achievement. The fact that we also competed so well regularly in the
Champions League was also an achievement.

And you'll probably find most Scousers don't really care what cuts it down
under
